Video..

So from what I can tell, I can embed videos from YouTube (Thanks Rach for the instructions!), but I can't post them from my computer (they have to be hosted by another website that is not blogger). So the questions are:
-is that correct?
-how do yall post fun videos of kids?
-do i upload to youtube?
-is that safe?
